  • To support you on WhatsApp — including through our AI assistant when our team is resting.
  • To send you confirmations or follow-ups about your stay or classes.
  • To keep improving the experience we offer every guest.

3. WhatsApp & Our AI Assistant

We use the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to stay in touch with you. When you write to us, our friendly AI assistant — powered by Groq AI — may reply on our behalf, especially outside office hours. Your messages are used only to help you. We never sell or share your WhatsApp conversations with third parties for advertising.

4. Third-Party Tools We Use

  • Meta / WhatsApp Business API — how your messages reach us.
  • Groq AI — powers our automated WhatsApp assistant.
  • Google Analytics — helps us understand how visitors use our site.
  • Google Maps — so you can find us easily.
